MasterPart Truck & Bus was founded in August 2011, to support the UK’s PSV & CV operators with parts from Market leading OEM brands.

One of the mainstays of MasterPart´s business is braking and suspension products. In fact, one of the latest items it has added to its range is a new friction material for brake pads. Produced by BREMSKERL, it was trialled on Johnson Bros´ fleet before beeing sold. Developed specifically for buses and coaches, Jon Hale, Sales Manager of MasterPart, claims it lasts longer than others on the market, which effectively saves on costs. There is a lot of interest in it, and it is proving to be one of Jon´s best sellers.

This year's PTC ASIA took place from 28.10 - 31.10.2013 in Shanghai.

We attracted more than 100 customers. A lot of old customers, as well as new customers went to visit our booth.

Many visitors showed great interest in particular in the new BK901X series, They were not only from China Mainland, but also from Japan, Korea and Taiwan, etc.

The week was rounded off successfully. We look forward to see you again in next year's PTC.

BREMSKERL specifically invited our Eastern European customers, traders and friends to this year’s commercial vehicle conference. More than 40 interested parties accepted the invitation and caught up on news and innovations in the area of friction lining for commercial vehicles.

On Thursday evening, there was the opportunity to meet face to face at dinner and to discuss initial questions and general aspects relating to the current market for friction lining.

On Friday, a company presentation and an in-depth production tour was part of the agenda.

During the production tour, the testing centre with its two complete part test stations, and the semi-automated and fully-automated production processes were in the foreground.  There was also great curiosity surrounding the new BREMSKERL materials as well as premium material BK8010 and BK6565.

We would like to thank all participants for their interest and hope to be able to repeat such a conference in the same context.

This year’s HANNOVER MESSE took place from 08.04-12.04.2013.

As in previous years, we were able to attract a high number of visitors this year as well. Many visitors from different countries used the opportunity to acquire information on innovations from BREMSKERL.

Our new developments in the field of wind turbines in particular were able to make it clear that organic BREMSKERL materials in yaw brakes, rotor brakes and pitch drives as well offer very good and economical performance.

With the help of our presentation specimens our customers were able to gain an initial impression of the materials used, for example, BK5020 for rotor brakes, BK4008 for yaw brakes and BK9016 for pitch drive brakes.

There was a great deal of interest displayed in particular in the new BK901X series, because R&D into these materials is directed towards current and future problem areas of compact design.

The week was rounded off successfully by this year’s raffle for customers and partners.

The first lucky winners were identified already on the Friday.

This year BREMSKERL invited all distributors and subsidiaries for a special meeting. More than 30 guests participate on this interesting conference days. New application areas and materials have been presented in detail with a reference in practice.
